Assessment and a quotation
We can discuss an inspection and suitable remedial work. Services may include damp treatment, membrane systems, plaster removal and replacement, rendering repairs and making good. The proposed work depends on the property and the findings.

Is every damp patch rising damp?
We assess the problem before recommending treatment. Appearance alone does not determine the repair.

What type of report is available?
Contact Terry to confirm the assessment and report available for your enquiry. An inspection linked to a treatment quotation is different from an independent homebuyer survey.
